I can approve/moderate WOW-related photos, but not non-WOW photos. Can this be fixed? I have to approve the photos I posted. Go Droogan Go!

What's up with the picture rater? No one ever rates the pics, so I stick 10's in them. Except when Cross wears a Twins hat, I drop the rating to a 9.
