I streamed episode 1 off of surfthechannel.com, video captured it with some freeware screen capture software, edited it in windows movie maker to trim out the garbage parts, ran a video converter that switched it from WMA to animated gif, then ran an animated gif editor program to crop the picture to 120x120 and reduce the file size.

and it still looks crappy, but at least you can tell what it is
