First: I removed abilities to post in the scheduling section so only Mod can now. Anyone can reply. I'm not sure why this wasn't set at first, but this would now preclude non-officers from starting posts. It is working as wanted now I would think. This forum never used to auto publish to the front page so maybe we never cared before?
Second: I just deleted it. Previously it must have been moved, but not "move and delete" instead "move and keep link" or whatever the exact wording is.
Third: Fixed.
