lol someone got vista a year too early. i found a lot of errors during some minor tests. or, maybe it's intel chips. j/k it's not that, but i like to make fun of intel.

i have had that happen before. maybe you will be able to log in with him after today's scheduled maintenance. if not, you can always log onto another char and put in a ticket.

My current laptop I use is very similar and its a Dell Vista only model and it ran WoW fine with no errors. I have since put XP on it and it gets around 90 FPS when Vista was around like 50, only problem for me was trying to find drivers that worked because dell didn't make XP drivers for alot of my hardware. XP>Vista.

I'm struggling with this. I don't know how to downgrade to XP on my laptop configuration. For the very minmum I want my resources back that Vista sucks up. did you just buy XP?

I can't say anything bad about dell they work great and are cheap only thing I guess would be tech support but the day I need to talk to those retards will be when I'm 90 and have altimeters.

Well right now it is in future tense. I got to order by the 18th to get the extra discount. I am going to try to see if I can get a bigger discount by buying a desktop at the same time for my father-n-law.

I'm disappointed in the video card options, but I'm no longer DINK (Double Income No Kids), so I have to make trade offs.

I need something that can handle video edits that also doesn't interrupt my daycare payments.

And despite Darth's hate. I have never had bad luck with buying a Dell. I have bought for me or for others a bunch of them and have had good luck.

I have built one myself with reasonable success.
